Be Gentle with Yourself



Take today to give yourself some compassion, love, and care. Way too often we keep trudging ahead without giving ourselves a break, which usually leads to breaking down our energy, balance, and wellness. Treat yourself with the same respect and honor that you would treat someone close to you. I always ask myself “If my best friend was going through this, what advice would I give them? What energies would I send them?” and that’s the same mentality we need to apply to ourselves. So, be gentle with yourself today. You’ve kicked ass for quite some time now; you deserve some rest and relaxation. Don’t take anything too seriously today, and most definitely do what you WANT to do!
