The background is a picture from one of our adventures at Venice Beach – we met an artist whose theme was living outside of the box while acknowledging the box. Let yourself break, fall apart, and hurt. Let yourself feel the downs of life. This is half of the balance. And from feeling both sides, you are able to know balance. You become wise and learn how to heal yourself. From there, you’re unstoppable. Something important to remember is to not beat yourself up for having the emotions you do. You’re human, it’s just a part of it. But don’t BE your emotions, just feel them and let them go.
